Liverpool fail in £20m talks with La Liga club: Wage demands too high
SEVILLA have reportedly ended their interest in Liverpool outcast Mamadou Sakho.
Sevilla end interest in Liverpool outcast Mamadou Sakho
Sevilla are understood to have approached Liverpool about a potential move for the France international earlier this week.
The 28-year-old is yet to feature this season after falling out with Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp over the summer.
Klopp is reportedly desperate to offload Sakho before the January transfer window shuts, but Sky Sports claim talks with Sevilla have now ended.

The Reds want £20million for the former PSG centre-back, but it's his £105,000-a-week wages demands that are said to have put Sevilla off.
Sakho could remain in the Premier League if he leaves Anfield, with Southampton, Swansea, Crystal Palace and West Brom all linked with moves.
Mamadou Sakho has only featured for Liverpool Under-23s this season
Klopp all but ended Sakho's Liverpool career last month when he said the Frenchman does not feature in his first-team plans.
“He is not in these plans for the first team,” said Klopp. “Once again this actual first-team squad is in this dressing room, from this point of view nobody will be sold.
“But do you really think I would have said Sakho will not be sold in winter? Nothing has changed.”
