Liverpool board agree to hand Jurgen Klopp £40m transfer budget to sign players in January
LIVERPOOL will hand Jurgen Klopp a £40million transfer kitty this month.

That is according to German magazine Sport Bild, who claim the Liverpool board have agreed with Jurgen Klopp’s view that the Reds need attacking reinforcements.
The Liverpool manager will be without Sadio Mane for the next month due to his participation in the Africa Cup of Nations with Senegal.
Sadio Mane is currently on international duty with Senegal at the Africa Cup of Nations
Klopp also looks set to be without Daniel Sturridge after he picked up another injury in the 2-2 draw with Sunderland while Philippe Coutinho remains sidelined with an ankle problem.
The Reds have been linked with Bayern Leverkusen playmaker Julian Brandt, Arsenal’s Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Inter Milan forward Gabriel Barbosa.

And Klopp could use these funds to try and secure deals for his January targets.
