Alfie Barker sacked: Hitchin Town axe VILE twitter troll after Harry Arter abuse
HITCHIN TOWN have sacked Alfie Barker following his VILE abuse of Bournemouth star Harry Arter.

Arter, 27, received the sick tweets from Arsenal fan Alfie Barker after Bournemouth's 3-3 draw with the Gunners last night.
Arter played in the game, which saw Arsenal come back from three goals down to salvage a draw at Dean Court.
And after the game Arsenal fan Barker, who is on loan at Codicote FC, tweeted: "at least you didn't lose your kid."

He then tweeted: "Big hype just for a disappointment like the nine months leading up to your child's birth."
The tweets were in reference to the loss of Arter's daughter Renee at birth in December 2015.
Barker initially claimed his account had been hacked before then apologising for the comments.
And Hitchin released a statement today following the incident.

"Alfie Barker was registered to play for Hitchin Town in the Southern League and has appeared only briefly for the club in the 2016-17 season. He has been playing at Langford and Codicote on a dual registration basis," the statement read.
"The club adopts a responsible approach to social media and would expect any player connected to Hitchin Town to do likewise.
"In the light of the player’s irresponsible and anti-social behaviour, we are terminating Alfie Barker’s registration and relationship with the club with immediate effect.
"We would reiterate that Hitchin Town, as a community club with established links with various segments of the public, has been a long-time user of social media channels and expects all club stakeholders to use them appropriately."

In a statement, Codicote FC said: "We are disgusted and appalled at comments made by our loan player. We will work with the FA and other authorities on an appropriate solution."
