Francis Coquelin was forced off against Bournemouth with a hamstring problem
Francis Coquelin could be set for a spell on the sidelines after picking up a hamstring problem in Arsenal's fraught 3-3 draw at Bournemouth.
The Frenchman was forced off last after just 28 minutes last night and Arsene Wenger admits the club are waiting on scans to determine the severity of his injury.
"Coquelin has a hamstring (problem)," the Gunners manager said.
"We have to wait 48 hours for the scan and the result. But usually when he sits down and comes off it's not so good news."
Arsenal closing in on Cohen Bramall singing
According to Sky Sports, Arsenal will complete the signing of Hednesford defender Cohen Bramall within the next 48 hours.
The left-back has impressed the Gunners during his short trial at London Colney over the Christmas period and is expected to sign on a two-and-a-half-year deal.
Northern Premier League side Hednesford will receive £40,000 for the 20-year-old, who is said to have already passed a medical at the north London club.

That is according to Italian website CalcioMercatoWeb, who claim Juve will look to sign the Wales international if they lose Miralem Pjanic.
The Gunners have been linked with the 26-year-old, with The Sun claiming Wenger has personally contacted the Bosnian over a potential move.
