But according to The Guardian, Chelsea are willing to offer him improved terms of over £150,000 a week in order to keep him at Stamford Bridge.

Maybe, in the future, I'd like to do the same (to them). With (Cristiano) Ronaldo
Antonio Conte is desperate for the 24-year-old to remain in west London and isn't too concerned by Real's interest, even though they sent him a get-well-soon message when he injured his knee last season.
He even suggested he might play them at their own game by going after superstar Cristiano Ronaldo.
"I think it's good if a great club like Real Madrid sends a message to players who, at that moment, had a bad injury," Conte said.
