Sunderland are rock bottom of the Premier League after a poor start to the season but have picked up three wins in their last five outings.
While Chelsea are top of the table thanks to a run of nine league wins on the bounce, in which they've scored 23 goals and conceded just twice.

But Conte fears David Moyes' side could end Chelsea's winning streak at the Stadium of Light due to their recent upturn in form.
The Italian said: “We know Sunderland are bottom, but if you look at the last five games they are fifth in the form table, for this reason we have to take great attention, to be focused and concentrated throughout.”
It took Sunderland until the beginning of last month to pick up their first league win of the season against Bournemouth and have beaten Hull and Leicester since.

Conte has called on his Chelsea players to start their hectic Christmas period with a valuable win against Sunderland.
He added: "This is the first of five games in 22 days, I think we are ready to face that challenge.
"We are working very hard to face this Christmas period. Now it is important to start this period in the right way.”
