The Gunners were linked with midfielder Koziello earlier this season.
Goal claimed the 21-year-old is fully committed to Nice's Ligue 1 title challenge despite interest from Arsenal.
The French side would prefer to keep their star man, who has played 15 games this season and who has helped Nice to the top of the table.
But Italian outlet Mercato365 claim Milan are plotting a January deal to cut short the star's stay in France.
According to the report, Milan bosses have been negotiating a fee for the player of around £25m (€30m) for weeks.
It is claimed rival interest in Koziello - from Arsenal and also Inter Milan – has pushed up the playmaker's price.

Nice are aware that Milan will soon be flush with cash once a consortium of Chinese businessmen take over the club from owner Silvio Berlusconi.
Arsenal are unlikely to be keen on entering a midseason bidding war and Express Sport understands manager Arsene Wenger has other targets in mind, including a possible move for Chelsea's Cesc Fabregas.
