Man Utd fans slam the FA and Arsenal on Twitter as Jose Mourinho handed touchline ban
JOSE MOURINHO has been handed a one-match touchline ban for improper conduct by the FA, and Manchester United fans are not happy.
Twitter reacts as Jose Mourinho is handed one-match touchline ban
The Portuguese manager kicked a water bottle in frustration during the Red Devils' 1-1 draw with West Ham United last weekend, and has been handed a £16,000 fine and a one-match touchline ban by the FA.
Mourinho will serve the ban during tonight's EFL Cup clash with the Hammers, but Manchester United fans were quick to point out the inconsistency surrounding the governing body's punishment.
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger was sent to the stands for a similar act during the Gunners' loss to United in August 2009, but later received an apology from referees chief Keith Hackett.
