United host West Ham - who are also struggling - on Sunday at Old Trafford.
And Bilic has had a slight dig at Mourinho and is confident of getting a result.
"Jose Mourinho is one of the greatest," Bilic said.

"Statistically at home, there is probably no one better. But it's hard to stay at that standard and maybe that has dropped now.
"I'm confident, if we can cut out the mistakes, and with a bit of luck, we can pick up a result on Sunday."
The Hammers will be in the bottom three by kick off on Sunday if Hull or Swansea win on Saturday.
Hull host West Brom while Sunderland travel to Liverpool.
