FA charge Danny Drinkwater with violent conduct: Leicester star faces three-match ban
LEICESTER midfielder Danny Drinkwater has been charged with violent conduct, the Football Association have announced.
Danny Drinkwater faces three match ban
Drinkwater faces a three-game suspension after he appeared to elbow Watford's Valon Behrami during Saturday's 2-1 defeat at Vicarage Road.
Referee Neil Swarbrick did not see the incident during the game, but the FA have taken retrospective action on the Leicester star after viewing the video.

A statement on the FA website read: "Danny Drinkwater has been charged for an alleged act of violent conduct which was not seen by the match officials but caught on video.
"The Leicester City midfielder was involved in an incident with Watford’s Valon Behrami in the 67th minute of the game on Saturday 19 November 2016.
"He has until 6pm on Wednesday 23 November 2016 to reply to the charge."
Claudio Ranieri is already short on options in midfield
The 26-year-old could miss Premier League matches against Middlesbrough, Sunderland and Manchester City, starting with Saturday's visit of Boro at the King Power Stadium (3pm).
The England international has started every game for the Foxes this season and his absence would leave Claudio Ranieri short in midfield.
Summer signing Nampalys Mendy is still struggling with an ankle injury he picked up in August, meaning Ranieri would have just Andy King and Daniel Amartey available to him.
