Jose Mourinho is keen to make defensive signings

The report suggests Mourinho desperately craves a top-class centre back who has natural leadership skills.
It is suggested Manchester United are happy to eclipse Godin’s current £70,000-a-week wages.

Manchester United, who lost 2-1 to Fenerbahce on Thursday, will be hoping to get back to winning ways against Swansea tomorrow (3pm).
