There have been other claims that Conte, who wants to make fresh additions in January, could be frustrated, because of Fabregas and Branislav Ivanovic.
Fabregas is currently the third-highest earning player for the Blues, taking home £160,000 a week.

However, according to Squawka, Fabregas has named his conditions for an exit from west London.
And it is believed he would only consider a loan move to a big European club.
Fabregas has missed the Blues’ last four matches with a thigh injury.
But he could be back in time for their next league game against Everton on Saturday (5:30pm).
