The Arsenal midfielder completed his recovery from injury in Saturday's 4-1 win at Sunderland, coming off the bench for the last 13 minutes.
Ramsey, who set up Alexis Sanchez for Arsenal's fourth goal at the Stadium of Light, had been sidelined for 11 weeks after picking up a hamstring injury in their opening defeat to Liverpool in August.

But Arsene Wenger has suggested he could rest the Wales international against Ludogorets, with Arsenal's north London derby with Tottenham just five days after the Champions League Group A clash.
Wenger, whose side beat the Bulgarian outfit 6-0 last month, will have fellow midfielder Granit Xhaka available again following his two-match suspension.
When asked if Ramsey will start tomorrow night (7.45pm), the Frenchman told the club's official website: "I don't know.

"I will have to analyse all that now, with [Granit] Xhaka back. We play now in the Champions League and then we play Tottenham.
"So I have to see who I rest and who I play without diminishing the chance of the team to win the game."
Arsenal are unbeaten in their last 14 matches across all competitions and sit three points ahead of Spurs in the Premier League table.
