Oxlade-Chamberlain recently admitted he would consider his future at the end of the season after struggling to command a regular place in Wenger's starting XI this campaign.
But after just three months of the season, he has already equalled the most goals he's ever scored in one season - five - since joining Arsenal.
And Wenger feels his impressive form is due an improvement in training.

He said: "His concentration is sharper, he is more determined and he has worked very hard in training.
"That is now showing on the pitch."
