Gareth Bale scores stunning goal for Real Madrid
The 25-year-old’s opportunities at the Bernabeu have been few and far between this season after he opted to reject Inter Milan’s £76million advances this summer.
He will hope to transfer his training grown accuracy onto the competitive stage after having only found the back of the net just once in his eight outings to date in the 2016/2017 campaign.
Over the summer, Rodriguez, who starred at the 2014 World Cup for Colombia, was linked with a move to the Premier League.
Both Chelsea and Arsenal were reportedly weighing up moves for the creative midfielder.
