Fellaini and De Bruyne talk rivalry for Manchester derby
Manchester United host rivals City in the fourth round of the EFL Cup as Jose Mourinho hopes to take his revenge on Pep Guardiola, after the Spaniard emerged victorious in their first meeting at Old Trafford last month.
But United will be without Fellaini, the Daily Star report.
The Belgian started alongside Ander Herrera in Manchester United's 4-0 hammering by Chelsea on Sunday.

Michael Carrick could replace Marouane Fellaini in midfield
However, it is thought he picked up a knee injury and Mourinho will not risk him for the clash with City.
Michael Carrick has found himself out of favour under the Portuguese boss this term with just four appearances to his name, but he is likely to fill in for Fellaini.
Guardiola will also have to make changes to his side after De Bruyne went off injured in their 1-1 draw with Southampton at the weekend due to a calf problem.

The 25-year-old had only just returned to action after three weeks out with a hamstring injury, but he looks to be out of luck again with him set to miss the Manchester derby.
De Bruyne scored the opener when the two sides met in the Premier League as City ran out 2-1 victors over their rivals last time out.
Pressure will be on Mourinho this week however, as he desperately tries to get United back on track following their disappointing performance against Chelsea.
