Darren Fletcher returns after he picked up a dead leg while away on international duty with Scotland.
Salomon Rondon is also back for the Baggies after only returning from international duty with Venezuela on Thursday.
Spurs midfielder Mousa Dembele is struggling with a foot injury sustained in training and is named on the bench.
Harry Kane remains sidelined with an ankle injury.

Tony Pulis said: "Pochettino's teams are well coached. They work up and down the pitch exceptionally well. They've got real talent.
"They're a good, young side and it'll be tough."
Mauricio Pochettino said: "We must be clever and we need to understand that it will be a tough game, maybe more difficult than Manchester City.
"If we're not focused, or if we don't play with the same intensity, the same passion, we will suffer a lot against a team that is very physical and strong."
