The 23-year-old was tracked by Leicester over the summer, and it is thought several offers, including one of £15m was rejected.
Chelsea are believed to be interested in snapping up the defender, who was called up to the senior England squad this week.

Keane has two years left to run on his present deal.
When pressed about the centre-half’s future last week, manager Sean Dyche said: “It's just life at Burnley.
