International coach backs Premier League defender for Arsenal move

The Gunners are on the lookout for a new centre-back following injuries to Per Mertesacker and Gabriel.
Inexperienced youngsters Calum Chambers and Rob Holding started at centre-back in the Gunners opening weekend defeat to Liverpool, while Laurent Koscielny returned to face Leicester on Saturday.
Arsene Wenger's No 1 target is Valencia's Shkodran Mustafi, while West Brom's Evans has also been linked with a move to the Emirates.
The Baggies have slapped a £25million price tag on Evans in a bid to ward of the Gunners.
But O'Neill believes Evans, who starred for Northern Ireland at Euro 2016, could play in a top-four Premier League club.
"Jonny was outstanding in France," O'Neill said.
"He can switch in and out of systems.

"He's a top-level player and could play in a top-four Premier League club.
"The interest from Arsenal doesn't surprise me."
Evans joined West Brom from Manchester United for £8million last summer.
