Tottenham line up shock move for Barcelona forward: Premier League pair also interested
TOTTENHAM are keen on Barcelona forward Munir El Haddadi, according to reports in Spain.
Tottenham want Barcelona youngster Munir El Haddadi
The Barca academy product featured regularly during pre-season and scored in his side's first-leg win over Sevilla in the Supercopa earlier this month.
But Munir is expected to struggle to hold onto a starting spot this season, with Neymar, Luis Suarez and Lionel Messi all favoured by Luis Enrique up front.
And according to Spanish newspaper Sport, Tottenham are looking to bring the 20-year-old to White Hart Lane before the transfer window shut.
Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino is said to want Munir due to his versatility as he can play on either flank and operate as a striker.
The report adds that Premier League rivals Everton and Stoke are also interested in Munir, but they're hesitant over Barca's £13million price-tag.
La Liga clubs Valencia, Celta Vigo and Real Sociedad are also said to be keeping tabs on Munir's situation, along with Bundesliga side Schalke.
