Liverpool News: Team-mate on Mane form, Arsenal battle for Subotic, Klopp seals deal
EXPRESS SPORT brings you all the latest from Anfield.
Liverpool's Most Expensive Transfers
Flanagan: Mane already looks dangerous
Jon Flanagan believes £30million Sadio Mane has shown his team-mates in pre-season what he can do for Liverpool this season.
The forward is Jurgen Klopp's first major signing and walked the well-trodden path from Southampton to Anfield - and has been training with the squad for a week.
Flanagan himself was captaining the Reds when Mane inspired Saints to a 3-2 win over them last season and is convinced the Senegal international can replicate the performance in a Liverpool shirt.
“He has pace and power, and he’s a great finisher as well," Flanagan told the Liverpool Echo.
“I’ve seen it already in training this week."
Gunners make £12m bid for Subotic
Arsenal have made a bid for Neven Subotic, according to reports.

Jurgen Klopp took the defender with him when he moved from Mainz to Borussia Dortmund in 2008 and is a big fan of the player.
But German outlet Express claim Arsene Wenger has tabled a bid of £12m despite Dortmund's asking price being just £4m.
The high price is a reaction to the interest of multiple Premier League clubs, with both Liverpool and newly promoted Middlesbrough said to be eyeing a deal.
Klopp on board until 2022
Jurgen Klopp has shown his confidence in Liverpool's future by signing a massive new contract.
The German manager has impressed the Liverpool board in his first nine months at the club.
And now he has agreed a new six-year contract while assistants Zeljko Buvac and Peter Krawietz have also extended their current deals.
