Serie A champions Juve were keen to sign Marseille striker Batshuayi but Express Sport understands Chelsea are on the verge of securing a deal to take him to Stamford Bridge.
The Blues sent doctors to Belgium's Euro 2016 camp yesterday to complete tests, with a full medical scheduled once the tournament in France is over.
And Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport claim Juve are already moving on to their next target after the Batshuayi snub.
Arsenal's Most Expensive Transfers
According to Gazzetta, Sanchez is just a number of players Allegri is monitoring ahead of the transfer window opening tomorrow.
The manager has already secured the arrivals of Roma's Miralem Pjanic and Dani Alves from Barcelona, with further moves to follow.
Alvaro Morata's £23m switch to Real Madrid means Allegri has a space to fill up front.
As for Chelsea, Express Sport understands Batshuayi has chosen the Blues over offers from Crystal Palace and West Ham after Juve accepted bids from both clubs.
