Wanyama hails 'emotional' Tottenham move
Victor Wanyama has admitted it was a difficult decision to leave Southampton and join Tottenham.
The Kenya international's move to White Hart Lane was confirmed tonight in a transfer thought to be worth around £11million.
But the 24-year-old revealed he struggled walk away from St Mary's.
And according to Dutch outlet AD, Tottenham have already had a serious offer turned down by AZ.
Wolfsburg are also said to be interested in the player, who scored 27 times in the league last season, but he would prefer to play in the Champions League.
And Spurs are expected to make a second approach for Janssen.
However, if their advances continue to be rebuffed, English rivals West Ham and Manchester United are both poised to swoop.
Both clubs are looking for a striker this summer and reports in the Netherlands claim they both believe Janssen is good enough to succeed in the Premier League.
