GRANIT XHAKA has revealed that being on the winning side against Manchester United remains a career highlight.

Xhaka joined the Gunners in a £34million deal last month from Borussia Monchengladbach.
The 23-year-old Swiss midfielder previously played for Basel.
He was on the winning side against United in the Champions League in the 2011/12 campaign.
“I think [the best moment of my career] was a game against Manchester United for Basel,” Xhaka told the club’s official website.
“We played in Manchester and drew 3-3, then we played at home and won 2-1 to knock them out and progress to the next round.

“It was big. Basel were a smaller club than Manchester United and to beat them 2-1 was a very nice moment.”
Arsenal will host Liverpool on August 13.
