Alvaro Morata issues massive wage demand to Arsenal and Chelsea
ALVARO MORATA has reportedly told Arsenal and Chelsea he wants to earn at least £6million a year - no matter where he goes this summer.
Morata is said to be a target for Arsenal and Chelsea but Real Madrid have a buy-back clause
Morata is currently in France with the Spain squad for Euro 2016 where he was widely criticised for his performance in the side's 1-0 opening win against Czech Republic.
However, the 23-year-old is highly rated by current club Juventus after joining them from Real Madrid two years ago.
But the Spanish giants included a clause in the deal which will allow them to buy him back this summer for just £23million.
Arsenal are also expected to sign a striker and Morata's dynamic style is said to be attractive to Arsene Wenger.
However, Real Madrid are required to activate their clause by July 15 and a meeting that was supposed to take place this week between Juventus and Madrid has reportedly been postponed.
