Kelechi Nwakali was player of the tournament at last year's FIFA U17 World Cup
Nwakali came to prominence after helping Nigeria win last year's FIFA U17 World Cup in Chile, where he was named player of the tournament.
Arsenal were first linked with a move for the midfielder in January.

Later that month Arsene Wenger confirmed he was in the hunt for Nwakali along with his Nigerian team-mate Samuel Chukwueze.
However the 18-year-old’s move to London looked to be on the verge of collapse due to work permit problems.
Reports earlier this month suggested the move was back on and the teenager had agreed a five-year deal with the Gunners.
