Chelsea star: This is what the players are thinking about Antonio Conte's arrival
CHELSEA midfielder Oscar wants a fresh start under incoming manager Antonio Conte after admitting to having a "disappointing" season.
Oscar (centre) has scored just three league goals for Chelsea all season
The Brazil midfielder is one of a number of Blues players whose futures are not secure with the arrival of Conte.
Reports in Italy claim Serie A champions Juventus want to sign Oscar for around £20million.
There are claims Conte, 46, will sit down with each of his players once he arrives after Euro 2016 to decide on his transfer plans.
"When I came back, the team wasn't doing so well and I found myself on the bench and in and out of the first team.
"I didn't achieve the level I wanted to achieve but hopefully next season I can do better.
"(Conte’s appointment) is great for the players. Obviously you have to prove yourself.
"I'm sure the coach has been following all the players individually.
"It will be a breath of fresh air to the team and everyone's excited to prove their worth to be here.
"Obviously I haven't been very happy because I haven't been playing very much but, with the new coach coming in, it's a fresh beginning for everyone.”
Liverpool v Chelsea - Premier League match preview
Oscar has scored just three league goals all season for Chelsea, providing just three further assists.
He could be selected for Brazil in the upcoming Copa America this summer as well as the Plympic Games in his home country in August.
