Rangers set to beat Tottenham and Man City to frustrated Liverpool youngster
RANGERS are closing in on a deal to bring Jordan Rossiter to Ibrox, according to reports.
Rossiter is said to want out of Anfield this summer
Rossiter made his first team debut for Liverpool at the age of 17 back in 2014, scoring against Middlesbrough in the League Cup.
But since then he has accumulated just four further appearances for the club and played just once in the Premier League this season.
And according to the Scottish Daily Mail, Rossiter has been frustrated by his lack of first-team opportunities and is stalling on signing a new contract.
Rossiter even caught the eye of Robbie Fowler playing for the under-19s and the former Liverpool striker caused a stir among fans by comparing him to a young Steven Gerrard.
However, it looks as though Rossiter could swap the Premier League for the Scottish Premiership as Rangers return to the top flight of Scottish football after four seasons away.
