International star rejects move to Chelsea: Antonio Conte made him top target
ROMA midfielder Radja Nainggolan has reportedly rejected the chance to join Chelsea.
The Blues have been linked with the Belgium international for weeks, with a summer swoop tipped to go ahead.
Express Sport understands incoming Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is planning a £28million move for Nainggolan.
The 27-year-old has picked up 13 yellow cards and one red in 40 appearances for club and country this season.

According to Italian newspaper La Repubblica, Nainggolan is not interested in leaving Roma.
He joined the club from Cagliari in 2014 and signed a new five-year contract only last summer.
Chelsea are pushing to sign a number of players this summer, including Stuttgart's Antonio Rudiger, who is on loan at Roma.
