ARSENAL midfielder Alex Iwobi has reportedly agreed a new £30,000-a-week deal with the club.
Alex Iwobi has scored in Arsenal's last two Premier League games
Iwobi has shone in recent weeks after breaking into the first-team, and he put on a man-of-the-match performance as the Gunners thrashed Watford 4-0 on Saturday.
The 19-year-old bagged Arsene Wenger's sides second of the afternoon and has now scored in back-to-back Premier League games for the north London club.
And the Daily Mirror claim he will be rewarded for his good form with a new £30,000-a-week new deal.
Iwobi only signed a new deal with Arsenal last October which runs until 2019.
But his latest deal with increase his wage by £20,000-a-week, and keep him at the club until 2021.
The Nigerian has been heavily praised for his recent performances, with Arsenal legend Nwankwo Kanu one of a number of former Gunners delighted for the countryman.
“Congrats Iwobi we are proud of you so keep performing this way and am happy for you," he tweeted.
