Radamel Falcao, Alexandre Pato and Loic Remy are all tipped to leave the club and Chelsea are in search of frontmen to accompany Diego Costa.
Zaza, 24, boasts seven goals for the season and has had to compete with Mario Mandzukic, Alvaro Morata and Paulo Dybala for games at the Turin club.
