Liverpool striker out injured
Jerome Sinclair was pulled out of the Liverpool under-21 squad at the last minute having been injured in warm-up.
The 19-year-old had been named in the team to take on West Ham at the Rush Green Stadium in Romford alongside the returning Martin Skrtel.
But he was replaced by Ryan McLaughlin shortly before kick-off after picking up an injury as the sides prepared for the fixture.
The Reds will take a 2-0 lead to Manchester United on Thursday (8.05pm) for the second leg of their Europa League last-16 clash
But despite the enormity of the occasion - the rivals had never met in Europe before this tie - Klopp is convinced it will be just another game.
“I am not worried,” he said.
“It is football. The ball is round. The ball is round, right? Anything can happen and that is how it is.
“I am not scared or afraid.
“We have the chance and we made the best thing we could do in the first game."
