Arsene Wenger has urged Arsenal fans to stop expecting him to produce miracles
As he prepared to fight Watford for a place in the FA Cup semi final this afternoon the Frenchman whose job was on the line just five days ago said: "I'm only human"
Well aware that fans expect Arsenal to breeze past Watford today Wenger warned: "If you don't win everything it's never enough. People always want more.
And in response to supporters who revere him one week and want him sacked days later, he added: "We have to live with exaggerations and I can do that. I never believed I was God.
"But what can I do? It is a perception of other people. But I am completely committed to doing my best to make sure this club does well.
"I will give my best for as long as I am here and hope that the people coming after me will do the same. That is what you want, to take care of this club."
