Man City to axe Hart and trump Man Utd in £300,000 offer for highest paid goalkeeper
MANCHESTER CITY will make Manuel Neuer the highest paid goalkeeper in the world if they sign him this summer, according to reports.

City are preparing for a new era under Pep Guardiola and the Spaniard is said to have already earmarked a number of transfer targets.
The Daily Mirror claim he wants a 'sweeper-keeper' to facilitate the style of football he will imprint on City as of next season.
And Joe Hart does not fit that bill.
David De Gea signed a new £200,000-a-week contract at Manchester United last September
It is claimed the two-time Premier League champions will offer Neuer £300,000 a week - 50 per cent more than what David De Gea currently earns at Manchester United - to make him the world's highest-paid stopper.
De Gea, 25, only signed a new four-year, £200,000-a-week deal at Old Trafford last autumn after coming close to leaving the club for Real Madrid.
His deal trumped Petr Cech's £100,000-a-week deal at Arsenal and Hart's £120,000-a-week contract at City to make De Gea the world highest paid stopper, raking in £10.4million a season.
Neuer has changed goalkeeping - Low
Were Neuer, who picks up £110,000 a week at Bayern, join the Etihad club then Hart would likely have a long list of suitors for his signature.
The 28-year-old has been on City's books since 2006 and boasts 53 caps for England.
