Bellerin, 20, is a former youth player at Barca but quit the club in favour of a move to north London in 2011.
The Spain U21 ace has forged a role for himself in Arsene Wenger's side, edging out Frenchman Mathieu Debuchy, who is now out on loan.
He has been one of Arsenal's top performers during their title push this campaign.
The duo are supposedly keen for the Barcelona-born star to return to his home town.
Barca have a history of buying players from Arsenal, with Theirry Henry, Alexander Hleb, Cesc Fabregas, Thomas Vermaelen and Alex Song all departing for the Nou Camp in recent years.
