GILBERTO SILVA admits he likes that Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is unhappy.

The England winger has struggled for games at the Emirates this season and has been linked with a move away from the club.
Both Chelsea and Manchester United have expressed an interest in the 22-year-old.
But former Arsenal midfielder Gilberto thinks his unhappiness is good.
“I like that he is unhappy with not playing," Gilberto said speaking exclusively to 888sport.
"I would be very frustrated myself and if you are comfortable on the bench that’s something that is very wrong.

"He has to give himself every opportunity to get back into the starting eleven and this is only something he can do himself.
"No-one will do the work for him. He has to find a way.”
