Star striker to snub Newcastle and Stoke in desperate bid to join Tottenham
SAIDO BERAHINO will reportedly reject offers from all other clubs in order to push through a move to Tottenham.
Saido Berahino is wanted by a number of Premier League clubs
The West Brom striker is top of Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino's January shopping list.
Pochettino tried to sign him in a £22million deal last summer and is expected to make a similar sized bid this month.
Spurs face competition from both Newcastle and Stoke City for the ex-England U21 star.
It is thought Newcastle are also chasing QPR's 26-year-old striker Charlie Austin, who is out of contract in the summer.
Meanwhile, Stoke are reportedly seeking an additional striker, with Peter Crouch set to leave the club.
Crouch recently confirmed he would seek a move if he is not given more game time under manager Mark Hughes.
Saido Berahino - Spotlight on
The former England forward has so far made eight appearances this season and has attracted interest from Championship club Leeds United.
As for Spurs, Pochettino reportedly has alternative targets if the Berahino deal falls through.
It emerged yesterday they are chasing Sassuolo's £26m-rated striker Domenico Berardi as well as Austin.
