EXPRESS SPORT brings you all the latest news coming from Anfield.
Shinji Kagawa has talked up Jurgen Klopp's impact at Liverpool
Borussia Dortmund playmaker Shinji Kagawa has praised the impact of former boss Jurgen Klopp at Liverpool, having guided his side to seven wins in the last 17 outings.
The German took over from Brendan Rodgers in mid-October after ending his seven-year stay at the Westfalenstadion in the summer.
"I am interested in how much and how quickly Klopp, the manager that I know, can change the team at Liverpool," the Japan international told Omnisport.
"He is a great coach and the results prove it, so I hope it will continue for him and I am interested in how much they can contend as a team this season.
"Already they have drastically changed. I do watch the games sometimes when I have time or when they broadcast on TV."
Meanwhile, Liverpool are reportedly lining up a January move for 18-year-old Basel forward Breel Embolo, who has scored eight goals and provided four assists this term.
