FC Midtjylland captain reveals his bizarre reaction to drawing Manchester United
FC MIDTJYLLAND'S captain says he went "completely crazy" after hearing his side have drawn Manchester United in the Europa League.
Midtjylland captain Kristian Bach Bak said he dreamed of drawing Manchester United
While many clubs in Europe were hoping for easy draws in the last-32 round, Danish champions Midtjylland had eyes on the big names.
"People may think it was a bit strange that I suddenly shouted a loud 'yes' all over the place, but it's completely crazy to think that they will play at MCH Arena," Midtjylland's Kristian Bach Bak told fcm.dk.
"Before the draw I had hoped for Liverpool or Manchester United, so I could not have dreamed of more."
Midtjylland won the Danish title last season but failed to make it to the Champions League group stage - falling in qualification to Apoel Nicosia.
They beat Southampton over two legs to make the Europa League group stage, where they finished second behind Italian giants Napoli.

Midtjylland coach Jess Thorup said: "Miracles have happened before, and we will proably need one again.
"However, we do not just lie down. We deserved to qualify for the round of 32, and we aim to prove that to ourselves and to our opponents."
As for United, they dropped into the last-32 after finishing third in their Champions League group.
They will play in the UEFA's second-tier club competition for only the second time since 1996.
