Ozil is enjoying a fantastic season for the Gunners, and currently has provided 12 assists for his team-mates and scored four goals.
Any fee for the German, who spent three years in Madrid, is likely to far surpass the £42.4million the Gunners paid for him in 2013.

The Uruguayan has started United's last two games, defeats at Wolfsburg and Bournemouth.
The right-back was David Moyes' first signing at Old Trafford.
