Manchester United rocked as Bayern Munich star ends £50m transfer talk

The Netherlands international has been heavily linked with a move to Manchester United ahaed of the January transfer window.
Red Devils boss Louis van Gaal has made no secret of his desire to sign a creative winger, with reports suggesting he's lining up a £50million bid for his services.
Robben previously worked under Van Gaal at Bayern from 2009 to 2011 before a two-year spell in the Dutch national side.
However, the 31-year-old admits he has no desire to leave the Bundesliga champions and intends to honour his contract, which runs out in 2017.

“I never thought about a transfer,” the former Chelsea and Real Madrid star said. “I am happy in Munich - my family is happy in Munich.
“My contract runs until 2017. You can’t look too far forward in football, but everything is fine at the moment - I hope things continue this way.”
