Jorginho has been linked with a number of Premier League teams
The 23-year-old has been linked with Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool as the January transfer window approaches.
Arsene Wenger is understood to have sent scouts to watch the midfielder in action against Genoa earlier this month.
And according to Italian publication Calciomercato, Louis van Gaal and Jurgen Klopp are also considering a January swoop for the Italian.
However, according to his agent Joao Santos, he could be set to snub all three clubs in favour of a new deal with Napoli.
"Offers from England? That's a question for Cristiano Giuntoli [Napoli sporting director], not me," he told Radio Crc.
"Certainly he's doing well, so it's normal that he'd arouse the interest of the big teams.

"I don't know if Napoli are planning to conduct any negotiations.
As for a renewal, if Napoli want to talk, we're ready to discuss it soon
"If there are teams following him it's obviously because they think Jorginho would be helpful to their cause.
"I've talked with Giuntoli by telephone, not just to talk about a renewal, but also to improve the lad's situation.
