Jesse Lingard, Michael Carrick and Ashley Young are all brought into the side who have failed to score a single goal in their last three matches.
Morgan Schneiderlin missed Monday's training because of personal reasons and doesn't feature against CSKA, while Phil Jones is named on the bench after missing Saturday's 0-0 draw against Crystal Palace.
CSKA defender Aleksei Berezutski returns for the Russian side, although midfielder Roman Eremenko remains sidelined with a groin injury.
The two teams drew 1-1 in Moscow a fortnight ago, and United have failed to score since Martial's diving header in the Arena Khimki.
