Agent confirms only a ‘good offer’ will see former Man Utd target join a top European club
ROMELU LUKAKU’S agent claims Everton will only sell the striker providing a ‘good offer’ is forthcoming.
The former Chelsea star has been talked up with a move away from the club.
Manchester United are thought to have previously expressed an interest in the 22-year-old.
Now, Paris Saint-Germain are believed to be mulling over a £40million bid for Lukaku.
And Lukaku’s agent maintains a move is still possible for his client, although it is unlikely to be in January.
Romelu Lukaku's future is up in the air
“Lukaku to PSG? We had a discussion with Martinez, he said he would let him leave Everton if a good offer comes in,” Mino Raiola said as quoted by the Daily Mail.
“But talking about the transfer window now makes no sense.”
Lukaku recently sparked talk of a move to Manchester United, by admitting one of his burning ambitions is to play alongside Wayne Rooney.
“Wayne Rooney. He really is a good footballer. He’s good in the air and knows where the goal is,” he said.
“We’ve often played against each other, and nearly played together during Duncan Ferguson’s testimonial.
“Unfortunately, I managed to injure myself and had to pull out. I still regret it to this day.”
