Moussa Dembele has reportedly agreed personal terms with Napoli
Chelsea have been dealt a blow in their pursuit of out-of-favour Tottenham midfielder Mousa Dembele, who they were linked with this summer.
According to Italian newspaper Tuttosport, Napoli have already 'agreed personal terms' with the Belgium midfielder and are preparing a £10.3million bid in January.
Meanwhile, Blues midfielder Lewis Baker - currently on loan at Vitesse Arnhem - says he's confident he'll return to Stamford Bridge next summer 'a better player'.
The 20-year-old said: "I've already learned a lot in the first few months and hopefully that can increase and next season, I'll return to Chelsea as a better player."
