Portuguese newspaper O Jogo report Benfica have sent scouts to Serbia and have earmarked Jovic and Partizan Belgrade’s Andrija Zivkovic as potential targets.
However, according to Italian publication Calciomercato, Spurs are currently leading the race for his signature.
