Pedro heading to Man Utd in £22m deal as Barcelona eye £7.1m Everton target Nolito
BARCELONA have set their sights on Celta Vigo winger Nolito.
Pedro - Spotlight on
That is according to Mundo Deportivo, who claim Barca are planning for life without Manchester United-bound Pedro.
United are expected to trigger Pedro's £22million release clause after executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward met with his agent over the weekend.
The Red Devils are keen to land the 28-year-old with record signing Angel Di Maria reportedly closing in on a move to Paris Saint-Germain.
And reports in Spain suggest Barca will look to replace Pedro with fellow Spaniard Nolito, who has a release clause of £7.1m at Celta Viga.
Barcelona line up Nolito as replacement for Pedro
The news will likely come as a blow to long-term admirers Everton, with boss Roberto Martinez also considering a summer bid.
Nolito helped Celta to an impressive 8th-place finish in La Liga last term, providing 13 goals and as many assists.
