Wolfsburg coach blasts Manchester City rumours over Kevin De Bruyne
WOLFSBURG coach Dieter Hecking last night delivered a put up or shut up message to Manchester City over their plans to offer £60million for Belgian winger Kevin De Bruyne.
Kevin De Bruyne has been linked with a move to Manchester City this summer
After seeing his side lose 2-1 to Villareal in the Emirates Cup the German said they had received no offers for the player Chelsea sold to them for £18million last January.
Hecking made no secret that he and the Bundesliga side are keen to end speculation over De Bruyne's future.
And with a hint of frustration he added: " There is nothing to say. There is no official offer to Wolfsburg yet.
"We have no offer from Manchester City. No offer from anybody. Full stop.
"We had a great season and were second last year, Kevin played a big role in this of course and we want to finish the speculation soon.
"As a coach I have to concentrate on my team and we have to make sure we start well on the 14th of August against Frankfurt."
