The French striker enjoyed an excellent season last campaign, scoring 27 league goals, and has been linked a number of Premier League sides including Arsenal,Man Utd and Liverpool.
The 24-year-old has a contract with Lyon until 2018 but has so far resisted calls from club president Jean-Michel Aulas to sign a new deal.
And speaking to French newspaper L'Equipe, Fournier revealed that he's confident Lacazette will stay but would be powerless if the asking price was met.
He said: "I'm not worried about Alexandre.

"Of course, if a €50-60m (£35-42m) bid was tabled, I will no doubt have to prepare for his exit and wish him good luck, but I really feel like he wants to stay."
