Hugo Lloris has been urged not to join Manchester United by former France manager Raymond Domenech.
The Tottenham goalkeeper has been talked up as a possible replacement for De Gea.
But Domenech thinks he would be better off at Premier League rivals Arsenal, Manchester City or Chelsea.

He told the Daily Mail: "I have no decision to take for him, but in my opinion he has to play in Chelsea, Arsenal or Manchester City, to play in the European Cup.
“Tottenham is a big club – it is not the biggest. Manchester United qualified for the Champions League but I can’t see really the difference with Tottenham."
Liverpool have completed a deal for Arsenal youngster Elijah Dixon-Bonner.
